NavSim upgraded and expanded MPT’s existing Radar/ARPA Lab. The computer hardware and NTPRO software were upgraded on the existing four Electronic Navigation work stations and four additional dual radar stations were added. Each of the initial workstations consist of a Conning/Split Visual display, Radar/ARPA, ECDIS, & Ship Control Unit. Each of the additional stations consist of a Conning/Split Visual display, dual Radar/ARPA displays, & Ship Control Unit.
